Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by ASUR International Consulting acting as the data controller.
Data We Collect
Through the application form we process your first name, last name, age, email, phone number, and optionally the CV file you upload. We also record your consent timestamp and IP address.
Purpose
Your data is processed solely to evaluate your job application and to contact you about it.
Legal Basis
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent. An application cannot be submitted without ticking the consent box.
Storage & Transfer
CV files are stored in a private, access-restricted Cloudflare R2 bucket and can only be viewed by an authorised administrator.
Your Rights
Under KVKK and GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
